1. Scheduled Wastes Collection Regulation 4(1) of the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 1989 requires that "Scheduled wastes shall be disposed of at prescribed premises only". DOE licenses us to operate such a prescribed premise. To cater to this particular legislative requirement, we operate a fleet of five (5) lorries of different carrying capacities. All these lorries are licensed by DOE to carry lead wastes and scrap, lead-acid batteries and solder wastes meant for recycling at our premises. This large capacity allows us to respond to our customers' needs within a very short time.
